Brian Guzman is the Founder and Owner of LUXE Realty, based in Phoenix, Arizona. Known for his discretion and results-driven approach, Brian’s mission is to modernize the buying and selling experience through collaboration, innovation, and integrity, leveraging emerging technologies and strategic social media marketing to create clarity, maximize exposure, and drive strong outcomes.

A son of developers, Brian grew up immersed in the industry, traveling throughout the United States and Latin America and visiting construction sites, hotels, and marinas with his parents. That foundation made his transition into real estate a natural one, and he also draws on his passion for interior design to help clients refine and elevate their homes to appeal to today’s buyers.

After graduating from Arizona State University with a double major, Brian obtained his real estate license. He is a member of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS (SAAR) and previously served as an Advisory Committee member of the Young Professionals Network (YPN).

Brian is actively involved with several philanthropic organizations, including The Phoenix Theatre Company (Board Member), Childsplay Theatre (World of Wonder Gala Chair, 2025), Homeless Youth Connection, Boys & Girls Clubs of the East Valley, and Phoenix Children’s Hospital. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hiking, interior design, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
